You should love Him, your True God, with all your heart and soul, with every ounce of your strength. Make the things I’m commanding you today part of who you are. Repeat them to your children. Talk about them when you’re sitting together in your home and when you’re walking together down the road. Make them the last thing you talk about before you go to bed and the first thing you talk about the next morning. Deuteronomy 6:5-7 (VOICE).
My Prayer
Father, thank you for my daily bread, with your love I am fed. For who You are, your love so great; my heart and life are kept straight. Help me to learn and love You more. There’s more to do before You close life’s door. Heart receptive to what you do, it’s about You; not what I lose. Please give me a receptive heart.

Bidding Your insight save me strong; it is to You that I belong. So, I will sing my favorite songs; it is to You that I belong.
May you find God’s breath upon you this day; refreshing and renewing your heart song. May His guiding words lead the way, in love, patience, and forgiveness. And may we all lean on God’s wisdom as we walk through this pandemic. I pray that we would be a reflection of God’s light and love, that the world may be drawn to His saving grace; done through a receptive heart.
Blessings,
Jacquie ♥

Jacquie, what a heartwarming post! As Christians, we should have an open and “Receptive Heart” to God, Our Father. As you said, we also need to reflect God’s light and love to others, especially during these difficult times.

I pray to have a receptive heart, too❤️. How are things going at your school? April 6, we are implementing distance learning with our students and have been told to expect the same in the fall. I cannot begin to imagine not meeting in the classroom for school in August. Last Friday our staff did a drive-by parade. It was a lot of fun seeing our littles standing in their yard holding up signs that read, “We love and miss you!” I love and miss them, too!

Oh Deb, this makes me cry. What a sweet demonstration between you and your littles. We are online as well. Kids U=Nite on YouTube, is where we have Good News Clubs, and other encouragement for all kids. I miss everyone so much! God’s love, peace, wholeness and blessing be yours, your family, and ALL our precious littles!♥

If you decide to accept my nomination, below are questions I mistakenly left out of blog.
How long have you been blogging and how were you inspired?
What country do you live in and for how long?
What is your favorite television show?
What is your favorite food?
If you had a chance to do something over what would it be?
