Today was rough for one of our little boys who is in foster care. When I found him, he was crying while he told me that he wanted “to go home.” Whether or not he wanted to go to his foster home or to his mother, I do not know, but my heart broke as I did my best to comfort him. Our children are suffering at the expense of sinful decisions made by those who are supposed to love and protect them. We need to do what we can when we can. A little bit of love will go a long way ❤️

It brings me joy to see the kids get off the bus in the afternoons. I hear their little voices outside the window. They are so cheerful. I said a prayer for them.

That’s so kind and extremely helpful. We like to encourage people to pray whenever they see a school bus or pass by a school. They serve as great reminders that our youth need our prayers. Blessings 💕

Jacquie, Thanks for your encouragement! We always pray and read a Bible story with our kids before bed and sometimes as parents we want to rush through it as we’re tired and nearly done with bedtime routine. But it’s such a valuable time and we’re teaching our little ones to really know God. You’re so right that we must be the ones to teach and show them God because the world teaches quite the opposite.
